Study and side job

We support you in finding jobs and internships that fit your studies, your everyday life and your career goals.

  • What experiences will strengthen my profile and what fields of work are possible for me?
  • Where do I start my search and how do I apply?
  • How can I realistically combine work with my studies?

We support you in gaining clarity after your bachelor's degree and making a decision about your next step, such as:

  • Do I want to continue studying or would I rather enter the professional world?
  • Should I take a gap year?
  • Which specialisation/master's programme would be useful for my future?
  • What are my career goals?

Orientation and perspective

Together, we will analyse your strengths, potential and areas for development and look at how you can present these convincingly when choosing your future studies and during the application process:

  • What are my strengths and what do I enjoy doing?
  • What sets me apart from other applicants?
  • Are my skills suited to the position I want to apply for?
  • How do I deal with weaknesses (in the interview)?

Together, we will take a look at the career fields you have identified and help you find the right parameters for your decision-making process:

  • What are the respective advantages and disadvantages of my career options?
  • How do I define parameters that are important for my career choice?
  • What do I want to achieve professionally?

We support you in defining your career prospects after graduation, identifying opportunities, bridging gaps in the job market and making effective use of the time until you start your career.

  • What opportunities do I have after graduation?
  • What career decision makes sense now?
  • How can I remain active even if there are currently no advertised positions?

Application process and career entry

Are you ready to submit your written application? Together, we will review your application documents and discuss how you can score points in the application process.

  • Are my application documents optimally tailored to the position?
  • Have I used good wording in my cover letter?

To make your CV look professional, you can also follow the tips in our guide. (german only)

Use our templates to adapt the layout to suit your target audience.

We will help you prepare for the personal meeting and give you tips on how to give a convincing job interview:

  • What questions can I expect during a job interview?
  • How does a job interview work? What do I need to pay attention to?
  • Are my answers to typical questions good?

You can also take advantage of a mock interview, which will give you professional feedback in a safe environment!

An application is accompanied by the digital first impression that potential employers form of you. We support you with the following questions:

  • How can I use my online profiles effectively in a professional context?
  • What do potential employers look for online?

Body language plays a key role in making a good impression in a professional environment. Here, we provide answers to the following questions:

  • What first impression do I make?
  • What does my body language say about me?
  • Can I change my body language?

Come along to a simulation and we will give you feedback! You can find
some initial information on this topic in our video. (german only)

We will assist you in preparing your employment reference or letter of recommendation, as well as in deciphering a document you have already received.
